Clean rooms, friendly staff, fantastic location near the market. Breakfast and coffee were also included. Worst aspects: Nothing at all.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a cozy Christmas away from home. The location was great, with easy access to the market and border crossing. Plus, the breakfast offered a good selection of food to start the day.
The staff lacked hospitality skills and made little effort to make us feel welcome. We had to wait for our room to be ready and there was no elevator, making it difficult to carry our luggage up the steep stairs.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the local markets and nearby attractions. the breakfast was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
The hotel did not have an elevator, which made carrying heavy luggage up the steep stairs quite challenging. the staff at times seemed disinterested and unresponsive to requests, which was quite disappointing.

The hotel’s location next to the market is a plus. You can easily access the market within minutes. the rooms were relatively clean and comfortable, although some previous guests reported a musty smell in the wardrobe, which was a bit off-putting. the beds and pillows were comfortable enough for a good sleep.
The hotel lacks the basic facilities like an elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you should be prepared to carry it three flights of stairs, which can be a real struggle.
